Yes, sort of 🙂 We are currently offering international shipping to Canada and the UK only at this time, but we plan to add more countries very soon! If you simply cannot wait, please contact us and we will do our best to work something out for you!
DOMESTIC – We ship domestic orders via USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail. If your package weighs more than 13 oz, it must be shipped via Priority Mail. We are located in CA, so it can sometimes take several business days for packages to reach the East Coast via First Class Mail. Priority Mail packages are usually delivered within 2-3 days of shipping, but the USPS does not guarantee delivery within a certain time frame for Priority packages (so we can’t either, unfortunately).
INTERNATIONAL – For International Orders, we currently offer First Class Mail International and Priority Mail International. Using First Class Mail International, deliveries generally take between 7–21 days to arrive, although the USPS does not guarantee delivery dates or times. Priority Mail International packages are usually delivered in 6-10 business days, but again USPS does not guarantee that.
Priority packages can be tracked, but the USPS isn’t required to scan them upon arrival at each destination, so the tracking info can be a bit unreliable. Unfortunately, the USPS doesn’t offer tracking services for First Class packages.
We ultimately want you to be happy and completely satisfied with your order! Bottom line. If you aren’t satisfied (or if it gets damaged in the mail), we will exchange or refund your item. Please contact us for prior authorization of any returns or exchanges.
When we will cover the cost of re-shipping:
- If the incorrect item was received.
- If your order arrived damaged.
- If your package was lost in the mail.
When we ask you to cover the cost of re-shipping:
- If you desire a replacement or exchange for reasons other than damage or loss, as described above.
- If you provided an incorrect shipping address at checkout.
- If USPS claims your item was delivered, but you didn’t receive it.
*All refunds and exchanges will be processed upon receipt of the item in its original condition. Shipping will only be refunded if the entire package arrived damaged or the package was lost in the mail.*
Our cards are expertly printed in Southern California on an Indigo digital press. We use sustainably sourced paper.
Well, we are moms, so we typically don’t sleep. That being said, we usually ship products and answer emails between 8am-6pm, Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). If you contact us outside of those hours, we’ll get back to you as soon as possible. It might even be during a 2:30am breastfeeding sesh. That’s how we roll.
We begin with coffee (if it’s morning time) or wine (if it’s past 3pm). We add some sugar…preferably dark chocolate or Red Vines. We put the kids in front of a movie. And then we laugh (and sometimes cry) as we discuss the ideas we’ve had since our last meeting. Once we vote on the ideas we want to move forward with, we brainstorm any specific colors or design elements we want to include. Usually, this involves sketching the idea on a coffee-stained paper scrap that’s been scribbled on by the kids. Once we’ve finalized the wording and design concepts, we send them off to our talented designer!
Unfortunately, we’re not able to customize our cards at this time. We hope to add more features like this in the future!
